Farm ID (EVERY TIME)
Scrapie Tag Number (Every Time) for EACH animal that is being sold
If Fennimore Livestock Exchange uses their scrapie tags there will be a $5.00 per head charge. TATTOOS WILL NOT be acceptable as a substitute.
If a list is not done and we have to read after the first time there will be a charge of $1.00 per head to read the tags.
The list must be on a decent size piece of paper and legible. We will not accept them written on paper towels, napkins, envelopes, feed bags, etc.
This will save time and be more efficient, and allows us to keep our commission low.
Checks may or may not be given out the day of the sale. Checks will no longer be given to people other than the person who consigned to the sale.
